Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal data is collected through kiselostudio.com, for what purposes and how it is protected, in line with the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection (Official Gazette of RS No. 87/2018).

What data is collected
When you send a request through the form: your name, contact (Telegram, email or phone) and the project description you enter.
The hosting server automatically records technical data about visits — IP address, time of access and browser type — in server logs.
Purpose and legal basis
Form data is used only to reply to your request and agree on a collaboration. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 12(1)(2) of the Law).
Server logs are kept for the security and proper operation of the site, based on the controller's legitimate interest.
Recipients and transfers
Requests are forwarded automatically to the Telegram app, and the site is hosted on Namecheap servers. These providers process data as processors and may store it on servers outside Serbia.
Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Requests are kept for up to 12 months after the last contact. If a collaboration follows, data is kept for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising services. Fonts and other resources are served from our own server, without third-party services.
If you choose the light or dark theme, that choice is stored only in your browser (localStorage). When you switch languages, the browser briefly remembers your scroll position (sessionStorage) so you stay in the same place. None of this is sent to the server.
Your rights
You may request access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing. Send requests to hello@kiselostudio.com.
If you believe the processing is unlawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs).

This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
